ENGINEERING PROCESS

A field survey is carried on to replicate the site peculiarities.
The site peculiarities are transformed into as built drawings by the design team.
Based on the architect and interior designer plans, the woodwork is drawn and fitted into the developed as built drawings.
Following the submittal of the first issue of shop drawings, comments and inputs are collected from the consultant, architect and interior designer and are incorporated in the second issue of shop drawings.
Precision of the second issue of shop drawings is controlled on site to avoid potential installation problems.
The final shop drawings are transferred to the manufacturing department, where efficient and standardized operations take care of the production
The final wood product is transferred to a multi-step finishing system, where only quality European materials are used.
A courteous and efficient team is responsible for installation of the final product respecting the agreed upon delivery dates.
NB: The progress of the project from a stage to another is supervised by the project management team to ensure adherence to international standards in design, production and finishing.
